Shipping policy

Delivery area
We ship to addresses in metropolitan France, including Corsica. We do not currently deliver to French overseas departments (DOM‑TOM) or other countries.

Order processing
We pack and prepare orders within 1‑2 business days after we receive your payment. Our warehouse does not operate on weekends or French public holidays.

Delivery times
Once your parcel leaves us, you can expect it to arrive in 3‑5 business days. We ship via La Poste Colissimo or an equivalent service, which provides a tracking number for every order.

Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional fees for packaging or handling – the price you see covers everything up to your door.

Tracking
You will receive an automated email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If the tracking status does not update for more than 48 hours, please contact us and we will check with the carrier.

Deliveries to business addresses or relay points
Our carrier delivers to home addresses, office addresses, and selected pickup relay points. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice or attempt redelivery according to their standard procedure.
